RETURN POLICY

Any return products may subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. Original receipt, unopened products in resalable condition, may be accepted for exchange within 14 days of delivery. Any problems with the products received should be notified to us immediately within 7 days.

Product must be returned in original packaging without missing components. BX Packaging reserves the right to reject any refund or exchange request if the product is received damaged or if any original components are missing.
